The Office of Technology Commercialization, administered by the Purdue Research Foundation, is responsible for the commercialization of intellectual property developed by Purdue. The office serves as a resource for faculty and strives to protect Purdue’s intellectual property through patents, copyright and trademarks. It also is responsible for the marketing and licensing of Purdue intellectual property. The Office of Technology Commercialization supports many of the start-up companies that are based on Purdue technology.
