E-Commerce and Credit Card Operations

The E-Commerce/Credit Card Operations (ECCO) area provides assistance in the acceptance of credit cards in payment for goods and services, issues procurement cards to departments, faculty and staff for the procurement of supplies and services, and administers the e-commerce systems that provide the framework for acceptance of credit cards via the internet. Customer Service related to Stop Payments and Cancel/Rewrites for University issued disbursements are also administered in ECCO.
