FSSR Delivery

1. FSSR’s for Discovery Park minors can be obtained by sending an email to Robin Black in Accounting (rsblack@purdue.edu). The email should include the list of Discovery Park account numbers that FSSR’s are being requested for and the recipient code.

2. The recipient code can be obtained from the pink cover sheets that are on the FSSR’s that are currently being delivered to the departments. Note: the recipient code should end in 01-89. This recipient code allows FSSR’s to be discontinued when no longer needed. If a recipient code ending with 01-89 does not exist in the department, Robin Black can establish one.
