Type of Aid: Need-based Grant
Source of Funds: State of Indiana. Administered
by State Student Assistance Commission of Indiana (SSACI).
Eligibility Criteria: Indiana resident,
financial need, full-time enrollment, satisfactory academic
progress.
Application Form(s) Required: Free Application
for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)/Renewal.
Application Procedures: File FAFSA/Renewal.
Application Deadline: Received at the Federal Processor by March 10. SSACI deadline to clear outstanding information requests: June 10.
Amount of Award: Will vary from year to year depending upon funding and formula set by the State of Indiana. If eligible Core 40 graduates, will recieve an additional in 10% award, and if Academic Honors graduates, will revcieve an additional 20% in award.
Period of Eligibility: Maximum of eight semesters within a 10-year window. This grant is not available for use in summer sessions.
