Specific and personal questions can be answered by our highly trained financial aid counselors by calling (765) 494-0998. Due to the significant volume of calls we receive, an automated attendant answers calls at this number and distributes them to the first available counselor from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
During some months of the year our call volume is very high (April, July and August) and you may find that our phone lines are frequently busy. During this period you may find it more convenient to utilize our Email Inquiry Service. You will also find answers to many common questions through our Ask Us Financial Aid Answer Service.
