Joe Rode received his PhD in Organizational Behavior from Indiana University in 2002. His research interests include the relationships between individual differences and workplace behaviors, and the relationships between work and nonwork life domains. His research has appeared in leading journals including Human Relations, The Academy of Management Learning and Education, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior. At Miami, Joe has taught undergraduate courses in organizational behavior and employee motivation, and graduate courses in organizational behavior. Joe has industry experience as a retail buyer for the May Company and as a change management consultant for Accenture..
