Business Services New Employee Orientation (NEO)

An orientation program for new employees is designed for all Business Services benefits-eligible staff. It incorporates a practice of clustering hiring activity to align with the NEO.

The orientation will provide a consistent experience for all new hires and will increase their productivity during their first days on the job.

Purdue transfers from outside of Business Services and interns can be included in the NEO at the supervisor's discretion. Temporary employees, undergraduate students, graduate students, and transfers from within Business Services are not included in the NEO.
