Notice of Revised Space and Equipment Certification

Effective Date: Immediately

Effective immediately, the Space and Equipment Certification is revised. The new Certification should include title, information, certification and signatures, as follows:

"The space and equipment required to conduct the proposed research work (including laboratories, offices, and facilities) are available within the resources of the school. If not available these costs are included in the proposed budget.

All Computing Services which will be needed are included in the proposed budget."
