The Establishment of the Classroom Furniture Account
Effective immediately a classroom furniture account is established under the administrative supervision of Mr. Henry B. Abbett, Director of Procurement and Service Enterprises. It will be controlled through the Office of Property Accounting.
The responsibility of repair and replacement of classroom furniture (primarily tablet armchairs) is transferred to the Director of Procurement. It is anticipated that this will result in a more economical use, repair and maintenance of such furniture.
Procedure covering the operation of this account will be transmitted to you within a short time.
