January 2008 brings the 18th Purdue Jazz Festival

Four straight days of jazz will heat up Greater Lafayette in January as the 18th annual Purdue Jazz Festival unfolds Jan. 17-20, 2008, with headliner concerts, jazz jams, competitions and more. This year we’re bringing in Jon Faddis and the Chicago Jazz Ensemble, alto saxman Eric Marienthal, drummer Steve Houghton and the Ron Jones Quartet! There’s also a new Community Showcase Concert on Jan. 17 that will put locally-grown jazz musicians in the spotlight. Check it all out!
