2007 MOTOR CITY BOWL – DETROIT, MI
Wednesday, December 26
 
5:00 - 5:30 a.m.

Check-in, Elliott Room 30.  
5:30 a.m.

Buses available for loading in front of Elliott Hall.
6:00 a.m.

Depart for Ft. Wayne/Detroit
9:00 a.m.

Meet Ft. Wayne area band members at:

Northrop High School, 701 Coldwater Road, Ft. Wayne
12 noon

Arrive at Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center

1:30 p.m.

Depart for Rehearsal.
2:00-3:30 p.m.

Rehearsal at Ford Field
2:00-4:00 p.m.

Pep Rally at the International Banquet Center on Monroe Street, next to the Antheneum Hotel and five blocks from Ford Field. (Band will perform 3:45 p.m.)
6:00 p.m.

After dinner at the hotel, depart hotel for Ford Field.

7:11 p.m.

Pre game show begins. 
7:30 p.m.     

Game time.  GO BOILERS!! 

11:30 p.m.

Depart for hotel. 

Thursday, December 27
 
8:00 a.m.

Check out of hotel rooms.  Buses available for loading.
9:00 a.m.

Depart for home
12:00 noon

Arrive at Northrop High School. Lunch break.
4:00 p.m.

Estimated arrival time back in West Lafayette.
