Records
& Recruitment helps maintain vital
records about current band students and carries out many
aspects of the Band Department's recruitment plan for new
students from organizing mailings to maintaining computer
records to talking one-on-one with prospective students
at recruitment fairs. They record student volunteer hours
worked in the various offices and distribute appropriate
insignia and service ribbons. They also assist the Public
Relations Director in varied activities from setting up
public displays of band memorabilia to working the press
box at football games. If you have any questions, or need
