BIG BASS DRUM

In its 80s, this famous drum is an icon of the university and does make limited special appearances for functions. Fee negotiated.

PURDUE JAZZ FESTIVAL

Held each January, this three-day festival draws nearly 100 big bands and combos from more than 40 Midwest high schools and middle schools to the West Lafayette campus for adjudication sessions, clinics and concerts.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CONCERT

Biennial series of concerts that invites upper elementary students from Tippecanoe and surrounding counties to attend a weekday morning educational concert staged by the "All-American" Band in Elliott Hall of Music.

MUSICAL ENSEMBLES

Marching band, jazz bands and quartets, orchestra, symphonic band, and chamber musicians occasionally concertize off campus. Negotiations for performances must occur months in advance of anticipated date. Fees charged.
